Just so sad to learn Stephane is heading back to Europe - he's pure market entertainment! The Earth Fair Food market is a godsend for those in the deeper southern suburbs. And I think what makes this market so much of a success is that it is accessible all year round. Moreover, being indoors, the meat and fish stalls are all able to operate refrigerators to keep the food fresh. I reckon they will soon need more space!
