Caledon Spa

Caledon Spa

The Caledon Casino, Hotel and Spa is perfectly perched to showcase the beauty of the Cape Overberg within the serenity of this superior spa facility. This spa has been tailored to take into account the well-being of the mind, body and soul with its range of treatments and products. To this end, all of the therapists are trained, discreet and utterly professional in their personalised treatment of each esteemed guest.

The Caledon Aqua Spa provides hot springs that are rich in rejuvenating, therapeutic minerals. In fact, these brown waters are abundant in iron, sodium, bicarbonate, magnesium, potassium, sodium, silica, sulphate and chloride. Each of these plays an important role in the balance of the important components of the body and in restoring health and vitality.

There are two mineral pools; namely the Victorian Bath House (a historical monument that dates back to 1897) and the Lap Pool (designed specifically with health and fitness in mind). The Lap Pool has a current that provides a fabulous workout when being swum against.
