Scheduled for Sat 19th and Sunday 20th September at the Alphen Centre in Constantia, this regular Celebration of Spring features a display of interesting and unusual, as well as common or garden plants, all grown by members of the Society in their Peninsula gardens. Outside stallholders will have many garden related products for sale and there will also be light refreshments available …

Talks and demonstrations will be held in the gazebo throughout the show.
Don’t miss Kirstenbosch Horticulturist, Trevor Adams’s Indigenous Plant Propagation Workshop on Saturday at 2pm. This will be followed by well known Floral Artist, Emmie Pabst, who will demonstrate how to make posies and Tussie Mussies at 3.30pm.
On Sunday at 11.30am well known gardening personalities, Anne Bean and Sandy Munro will answer all your gardening queries and help solve your gardening problems.
Find out more about Organic Gardening on Sunday at 2.30pm when Dez Mynhardt from Soil for Life will share her expert knowledge on this subject.
Details:
The Show is open on Saturday 19th Sept from 12 noon to 6pm and on Sunday 20th Sept from 10am to 4pm. Entrance costs R10.00 for adults, school going children enter free and the venue is wheelchair friendly.
