I THINK THE BEST TIME OF YEAR TO VISIT IS May, BECAUSE the weather is not to hot or cold and there is no wind.
MY FAVOURITE BREAKFAST SPOT IS Deerpark Cafe.ย This is a great spot if you have children; there is ample space for them to run around.
FOR LUNCH, I SUGGEST Sidewalk Cafe.ย A small and bustling eatery that dishes up delicious, top quality food. The views are the perfect accompaniment to any meal!
MY FAVOURITE RESTAURANT IS Ocean Basket, TRY THE platter for two.
BEST LATE NIGHT SNACK FROM Butlers Pizza.
MY FAVOURITEย beach SPOT IS Clifton 4th. Clifton beach is well known in Capeย Town and probably even has a bit of an international reputation.ย The beach is divided into fourย distinct coves – hence the names Clifton 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th.
FOR A NIGHT OUT ON THE TOWN TRY Long Street.ย There is a wide selection of restaurants, bars andย pubs …ย the general vibe is great.
IF YOU WANT TO MEET LOCALS, GO TO Fireman’s Arms or Perseverance Pub. Firemans is one of the oldest pubs in Cape Town.

MY FAVOURITE DRIVE IS Chapmans Peak Drive. The road climbs steadily from the Hout Bay Harbour and follows the 114 curves of Chapmans peak.ย There are a number of stopping areas en route – ideal to just sit and enjoy the view or otherwise pack a picnic andย have an al fresco lunch.
MY FAVOURITEย neighbourhood goods market. The market is open every Saturday from 09h00 to 14h00.

I Love Highlands Estate BECAUSE it is green and very central to reach highways and all other surrounding areas. Highlands Estate boasts magnificent views of Table Mountain, Signal Hill, Lions Head and the city centre with Table Bay in the background, all set in abundance of an assortment of plants and vegetation and friendly people and animals.
