I THINK THE BEST TIME OF YEAR TO VISIT IS spring, BECAUSE the weather is not at its hottest (and it can get really hot) and the baby antelope have been born.
MY FAVOURITE BREAKFAST SPOT IS a picnic in the game reserve. What a great way to start the day!
MY FAVOURITE RESTAURANT IS the Mkuze Country Club, TRY THE superb food.
BEST LATE NIGHT SNACK FROM the One Stop Garage – you can’t beat their pies!
MY FAVOURITE game viewing SPOT IS the Zululand Rhino Reserve.

Mkuzeโs BEST KEPT SECRET IS is the Zululand Rhino Reserve. The reserve, a partnership between the World Wildlife Fund and Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife was created in 1995 to create a haven for the black rhino.
MY FAVOURITE THING TO DO WITH FRIENDS IS to go bird-watching.
FOR SOME CULTURE, I LIKE TO join a community tour. A great way to give back and to learn about the community.
TO RELAX AND RESTORE MY SOUL, I LIKE TO I like to take a trip to the pans and read my book under the huge fig trees. There are two pans, Nhlonhlela and Nsumo and they are home to hippo, crocs, ducks, geese and pelicans!

WHEN I WANT TO GIVE BACK TO THE COMMUNITY, I do collections for the local school we are involved with.
I Love Mkuze BECAUSE we are central to many Big 5 reserves, amazing beaches for snorkelling and diving close by, we have cultural villages, extreme sports, Big 5 walks, an amazing bird count … and this all comes with fantastic weather!
